摘要
在某铁路轴箱轴承检修作业时发现其轴承滚子存在宏观裂纹,采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度测试、微观检验的方法对滚子裂纹成因进行了分析。结果表明:轴承滚子裂纹处存在磨削烧伤,引起应力集中;在机械应力和残余应力的共同作用下,磨削烧伤部位产生裂纹并扩展,最终发展为宏观裂纹。
Macrocracks were found in bearing roller of one railway axle box during the overhaul work.The crack formation cause of the bearing rolling was analyzed by macrographic inspection,chemical compositions analysis,hardness test and micrographic inspection.The results show that grinding burn exsited in the crack area of bearing roller,which led to the stress concentration in this area.Due to the combined action of mechanical stress and residual stress,cracks generated and extended in the grinding burn area,and finally propagated into macrocracks.
