无机高强高模纤维的研发正朝超高性能和低成本两方向发展,以适应军事武器高端化、汽车等新市场大规模应用的需要。有机高性能纤维向多品种、型号系列化、生产高效化和规模化发展,应用领域不断拓展。复合材料的成型工艺向高效、节能和低成本的方向改进。增强纤维上浆剂的完善、织造技术和织物种类的多样化和针对不同用户量身制定,使复合材料进入"量体裁衣"的新时代。到2020年我国高性能纤维的品种可望基本配齐,为社会、经济和国防军工的可持续发展作出贡献。
The RD directions of inorganic high strength high modulus fibers are going toward Ultra high performance and low cost two directions to meet the need of high leveling weapons and large scaling development of vehicles etc. new market, their application fields are expanding fast. The process technologies of composite are going toward high efficiency, energy saving and low cost improvement. The perfected finishes, weaving knitting technologies varieties of fabrics make composite materials enter into new era of "tailor made". The varietiesof China's high performance fibers will complete basically in 2020, which will contribute to the sustainable development of society, economy and defense industry.
