摘要
综述分析了中间相沥青基碳纤维(MPCF)国内外研究现状、制备过程中影响因素和应用展望。表明日、美等国已实现MPCF的产业化生产,其商品模量高达900 GPa,热导率高达1 000 W/(m˙K),而国内MPCF的研究进展还停留在实验室阶段,且实验品最高模量为500 GPa,远落后于日、美等发达国家;MPCF的制备过程影响因素众多,其中石墨化温度是决定性的影响因素;MPCF具有尖端的力学性能和物理特性,主要应用于空天结构散热材料、精密罗拉、半导体照明(LED)等关键领域。最后指出,尽快突破MPCF的力学性能和导热性能,并实现其国产化和产业化,具有重大的战略和现实意义。
It is summarily analyzed the research status and development of mesophasepitch-based Carbon Fiber(MPCF) both at home and abroad, the influencing factors on the preparation and the application. MPCF have been industrialized production in Japan and America, the modulus is up to 900 GPa, thermal conductivity is as high as 1 000 W/(m·K). Domestic research is still in the laboratory stage, the modulus is only 500 GPa, far behind Japan, America and other developed countries. In the process of the preparation of MPCF, the influence factors are numerous, and the graphite temperature is the decisive factor. MPCF is mainly used in aerospace as heat dissipation material, precision rollers, semiconductor lighting(LED) and other key areas. Finally, it is pointed out that it has great strategic and practical significance to break through the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of MPCF, and realize the localization and industrialization.
