摘要 采用激光闪射法测试了中间相沥青基碳纤维(MPCF)及其增强树脂板的热导率,同时平行测试了PAN基石墨纤维的热导率。结果表明:激光闪射法可以正确测定碳纤维的热导率;MPCF的热导率在常温下为500 W/(m˙K),超出PAN基石墨纤维数十倍,属于超导热材料,且具有一定的温度依赖性;MPCF增强树脂复合材料X、Y和Z不同方向的热导率差异较大,X向热导率最高为307.9 W/(m˙K),Y向其次为128.6 W/(m˙K),Z向为2.18 W/(m˙K)。 Laser flash method is used to test the thermal conductivity of mesophase pitch based carbon fiber(MPCF) and itsresin matrix reinforced composites, and parallel test the PAN-CF. The results show that: The thermal conductivity of MPCF is 500 W/(m·K) at room temperature, which is over 10 times than PAN-CF, belongs to superconducting thermal material and has temperature dependence; The thermal conductivity of X, Y and Z test directions are different for MPCF reinforced resin composites. The thermal conductivity of X direction is 307.9 W/(m·K) as the highest, Y direction is 128.6 W/(m·K) as followed, and the Z direction is only 2.18 W/(m·K).
