PPH结合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效

PPH Combined with External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation in the Treatment of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids： Clinical Effect

为探讨PPH结合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将200例重度混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例，对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗，观察组采用PPH结合外剥内扎术治疗，对比两组患者总体疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果显示，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。但观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后疼痛、赘皮残留、肛门狭窄发生情况方面均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，PPH结合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔疗效确切，手术时间短，术中出血少，术后疼痛轻、恢复快，赘皮残留、肛门狭窄发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of PPH combined with external dissection ＆ internal ligation for severe mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided the 200 cases of this hemorrhoids into con- trol group and observation one, n = 100, for each; observation group received above combination proce-dure, control group only external dissection ＆ internal ligation; then, the whole effect, operation time, intr- aoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time, and incidence of postoperative complication of both groups were compared. As results, except for total effective rate having no statistical difference between both groups（ P〉0.05）,rest items of observation group were superior to that of control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that above combination procedure for severe mixed hemorrhoids has such merits as certain effect, shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding volume, mild postoperatiye pain of patients, faster recovery, as well low incidence of residuary skin tag and stenosis of anus,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
