摘要
为了消除超声缓冲杆中尾随噪声对超声回波信号的影响,提出了一种复杂结构的缓冲杆,可有效提高超声回波信号的信噪比。采用超声数值仿真方法,分析了缓冲杆外轮廓形状、周期数变化对回波信号信噪比的影响,发现正弦曲面缓冲杆比常规的圆柱及圆锥杆具有更高的信噪比,可为超声缓冲杆的优化设计提供理论指导。
To decrease the influence of trailing echoes on testing signals during the ultrasonic wave propagation in a buffer rod,a new structure of the buffer rod was proposed in this paper,with which the ultrasonic sensor can obtain signals of higher signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).By using simulation method,influences of the rod shape and structure on SNR were analyzed.It was found that the rod with structure of sine outline is more better than the cylinder or cone rod.Conclusions drawn in this paper can give theoretical guidance for the rod's manufacture.
