摘要
针对汽车覆盖件拉延成型易发生破裂、起皱和成型不足等缺陷,提出一种基于响应面法的优化方法。以拉延筋阻力系数和压边力作为优化因素,将最大减薄率、最大增厚率和安全评价函数作为目标函数,采用响应面法构建优化因素与目标函数间的拟合方程,求解得到最优的参数组合:t1为20%,t2为15%,t3为20%,压边力大小Fb为80 t。实际实验结果和有限元结果基本吻合,表明该方法可以有效优化拉延成形参数。
Base on the response surface method and aimed at the defects such as crack,wrinkle,lack of deformation and so on,this paper proposed a new method to optimize drawing and forming process of the panel. The drawbead resistance coefficient and blank-hold force were considered as the influencing factors,while the biggest rate of reduction,the biggest rate of incrassation and the function which was built to evaluate the safety of deformation,were used as the optimizing aim. After establishing the fitting equation between the influencing factor and the optimizing aim by response method,the best parameter combination of t120%,t215%,t320% and Fb80 t was obtained by solving the equation. The simulated results agree well with experimental results.
