摘要
利用超音速火焰喷涂工艺在镁合金负重轮轮缘表面制备Fe Cr BSi/WC-12Co和316L/WC-12Co耐磨涂层,测试耐磨涂层的硬度、剪切结合强度、耐冲击磨损性能,并进行跑车试验。结果表明,Fe Cr BSi/WC-12Co耐磨涂层比316L/WC-12Co耐磨涂层具有较高的硬度和耐冲击磨损性能,而316L/WC-12Co耐磨涂层在跑车试验过程中具有较好的抗局部剥落性能。
The wear resistant coatings of Fe Cr BSi/WC-12 Co and 316L/WC-12 Co were sprayed on the outer surface of magnesium alloy road wheel by HVOF process. The hardness,shear bonding strength and impact wear resistance were tested,and the road test of tracked armored vehicles was also performed. The results show that Fe Cr BSi/WC-12 Co coatings have higher hardness and impact wear resistance than those of 316L/WC-12 Co coatings,but 316L/WC-12 Co has better anti stripping performance in road testing.
