摘要 为满足枪弹在特种作战中的使用要求,利用Tc材料的力学特性,通过弹头结构分析、填充物和弹托材料的合理匹配,确定Tc复合弹的结构。采用数值模拟,对比圆头、尖头Tc复合弹和制式弹侵彻铝靶的性能差异;结合试验,分析Tc复合弹的侵彻特性及不同弹托材料的性能差异。结果表明:圆头Tc复合弹有更好的破碎性能;初速对Tc复合弹的侵彻性能和弹头的破碎性能起到至关重要的作用;尼龙弹托满足膛内发射要求,不会对目标产生附带伤害,能更好地匹配弹头。 To meet the demand of pistol projectile in special operations,based on the mechanical properties of Tc materials,the structure of Tc composite projectile was dertermined by analyzing the design of projectile nose and the reasonable matching of its filler and material of sabot. The numerical simulation was used to compare the difference between Tc composite projectile with round nose and pointed nose and standard projectile in penetration of aluminum target. The penetration features of Tc composite projectile and the difference between different sabot materials were analyzed with a series of contrast experiments. The results show that the round nose Tc composite projectile performs better in fragmentation. The initial velocity plays a vital role in penetration and fragmentation of Tc composite projectile. Nylon sabot has a better match with Tc composite projectile because it meets the requirement of firing and doesn't cause collateral damage to targets.
