热处理与热老化对核级308L焊缝组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对用国产核级E308L焊条焊接的奥氏体不锈钢接头进行焊后热处理及加速热老化试验,利用光镜和扫描电镜对其焊缝组织进行观察与分析。结果表明:随着610℃热处理和400℃加速热老化试验时间的延长,焊缝中δ铁素体形貌由条状向分散的鱼骨状和岛状转变,且数量减少,并逐渐趋于稳定;随着610℃热处理时间的延长,M_(23)C_6和σ相析出数量明显增多;经400℃加速热老化试验后,M_(23)C_6数量持续增多,并且在晶界趋于连续分布,但该温度下σ相析出数量变化不明显。 The heat treatment and thermal aging for the austenitic stainless steel welded joint by domestic nuclear grade E308 L electrode were carried out. The microstructure of the weld was observed and analyzed by Olympus microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with time prolongation of heat treating at 610 ℃ and thermal aging at 400 ℃,the morphology of δ-ferrite in the weld changes from the dispersion of the fishbone to the island shape and the amount of it reduces,and gradually tends to be stable;with time prolongation of 610 ℃ heat treatment,the amount of M_(23)C_6 and σ-phase precipitation significantly increases;after thermal aging at 400 ℃,the amount of M_(23)C_6 continues to increase and its distribution tends to be continuous on the grain boundary,but the change in the quantity of σ-phase is not obvious.
