摘要
设计并制造一种厚度为5~16 mm、布氏硬度值为(480~530)HBW的高强度防弹钢板,设计其化学成分、工艺流程、热处理工艺参数,同时充分考虑冲击韧性对钢板抗侵彻能力的影响。结果表明,钢板具有硬度高、抗子弹侵彻能力强、性能均匀等优点,具备优异的防弹功能。
By designing the chemical composition,technological process and heat treatment parameters,and taking the influence of impact toughness on penetration resistance into full consideration,the high strength armor steel plate with hardness between 480-530 and thickness between 5-16 mm was designed and produced. The produced steel plate has such advantages as high hardness,high anti-bullet penetration capability and performance uniformity.
