摘要
针对一种非对称多筋盒体零件,设计3种不同形状的铝合金毛坯进行等温挤压,利用有限元模拟分析软件分别对其进行数值模拟,分析比较3种方案中的挤压结果、凸模的载荷-行程曲线、挤压过程中的缺陷、挤压件的等效应变-应力分布等因素,获得优化的挤压方案,并对模拟结果进行试验验证。结果表明,用带有凸起的曲面坯料进行挤压为最优方案,并获得理想的产品,验证了此方案可行。
According to one kind of box-shaped part with complex ribs and asymmetrical shape,three different kinds of aluminum billets with different shapes were designed and then isothermal extrusion was carried out. The finite element simulation software was used in these three programs. The deforming results,the simulation results of load-stroke curve,defects occuring during the extrusion process and equivalent strain- stress distribution of these extruded parts were compared and analyzed. Then,the optimized extrusion scheme was found,and the simulation result was verified through experiments. The results show that the extrusion result of the billet with curved surface and convex portion is the best,and a perfect product was extruded,which indicates this method is feasible.
