摘要
根据炼钢厂的生产工艺要求,一次除尘风机具有转速周期性循环工作特性,大功率高压电机在变频器的驱动下,由管道压力传感器提供反馈量,通过PID调节器形成闭环控制,根据工艺要求实现各工艺环节的变频调速。此控制方案在实际应用中具有自动化程度高、响应速度快、调速精度高、节能效果显著等优点。
