新型多功能航标船的设计研究

摘要 船舶超吃水和溢油是影响内河航运安全和航道清洁的重大隐患,及时有效地检测超吃水和溢油对航运安全具有重要的意义。以航标为载体,提出了基于3D-Dimensiorn-70多波束检测仪和ID-227电磁能量吸收传感器的船舶超吃水实时监测系统和溢油监测系统,系统以AIS和GPRS相结合的无线传输方式将信息传输和发布。实现了船舶超吃水和溢油事故的及时有效的监测,为内河船舶超吃水和溢油事故的监管提供了途径。 The over draft of ships and oil spill are major hidden troubles that threat the safety of inland navigation. Detecting the overdraft and oil spill timely and effective has important significance for navigation safety. On the carrier of navigation marks, real-time monitoring systems of over draft and oil spill of ships, which is based on the 3D-Dimension-70 multibeam detector and the oil spill monitor sensor ID-227, is established. The information be transported and issued by AIS and GPRS. The monitoring of the over draft and oil spill of ships, which is timely and effective, is achieved by this system, and a detecting way is provided for the supervision of the over draft and oil spill of inland ships.
