摘要
莫尔条纹从广义上讲是指具有一定规律的图案经过光线照射后产生的具有新规律的周期性图案。其中,利用光栅的光学调制作用产生的莫尔条纹叫做光栅莫尔条纹,光栅莫尔条纹技术从二十世纪中期开始应用于实际测量。光栅尺需要对两路正交的莫尔条纹光电信号进行细分达到高分辨率。不同的扫描方式对莫尔条纹光电信号的信号质量有较大影响。本文主要基于光栅尺的莫尔条纹测量原理和细分方法,对比单场扫描和四场扫描两种方式的优缺点。

In this paper, the principle and subdivision method of moire fringes measurement based on grating ruler is mainly based on the comparison of two methods of single field scanning and four field scanning.
