摘要
对损坏后公路水泥混凝土路面进行重新再生利用工艺技术的问世,不但有效处理了废水泥料堆放给环境造成破坏的难题,而且还降低了重新修建公路的成本,保护了矿产资源。论文全面阐释了集中破碎再生加工、共振粉碎再生工艺、多锤头碎石化再生过程、冲击压裂再生工艺和板式打裂压稳再生流程等5类水泥混凝土路面再生利用工艺,针对再生利用原理、适用范围、实施价值等几项要素进行系统地比较和分析,给出了5种再生方式的适用条件。
The advent of new recycling technology on the damage of cement concrete pavement, which not only effectively deal with the pile of cement waste material to the environment caused by the destruction of the problem, but also reduce the cost to build the highway protection of mineral resources. In this paper to explain the full the concentrated crushing regeneration processing, resonance crushing regeneration process, multi hammer broken petrochemical regeneration process, impact fracturing regeneration process and plate cracked the pressm'e steady regeneration process of five kinds of cement concrete pavement recycling process, the recycling principle, scope of application, the implementation of the value of several elements systematically compared and analyzed, given the 5 kinds of regeneration methods applicable conditions
