摘要 通过对LED灯用水性光扩散涂料在T8直管形LED灯用玻璃管中涂敷、烘烤工艺的深入研究和试验探索,给出涂料黏度、过滤方式、喷涂用泵、喷嘴、流平时间、定型温区与风速的设置、烘烤温度的选择依据和优选工艺方案。通过对涂料在施工过程中可能出现的缺陷进行有益的探讨和分析,给出针对缺陷问题的有效解决措施,有助于LED从业人员更好地认识和使用LED灯用水性涂料,以获得良好的光扩散涂层、提高涂管工序的合格率,促进水性光扩散涂料在LED照明行业中的应用。 Through the in-depth researches and experiments of coating and baking process of water-based light diffusion coating used for T8 straight glass tube of LED lamps, this paper presents the setting of coating viscosity, filtration, spraying pump, nozzle, flow time, curing temperature zone and wind speed, the basis of baking temperature selection and the optimum process technical scheme. Through the discussion and analysis of the possible defects in the coating application process, effective solutions to the above defects are presented, So as to help such practitioners better understand and use of water-based coating for LED lamp, obtain good optical diffusion coating, and improve the qualified rate of the tube coating process. It hopes to promote the application of water-based light diffusion coating in the LED lighting industry.
