高速公路偷逃通行费治理应用系统研究

Study on Expressway Toll Evasion Governance Application System

文章通过运用范围分区策略等海量数据处理技术,采用Oracle数据库,设计和完善高速公路联网收费系统中的偷逃通行费治理应用系统,对有关通行费追缴的车道收费、收费稽查、统计清分、票据管理等功能进行了设计,方便收费管理人员发现嫌疑车辆并追缴通行费,可有效防范、打击并遏制高速公路车辆通行费偷逃行为,保证正常的高速公路收费管理秩序。

By using the range partitioning strategy and other massive data processing techniques,this article used the Oracle database to design and improve the toll evasion governance application system in expressway network toll system,it designed the lane toll collection,charges inspection,statistical classification,bill management and other functions related to the toll recovering,thus the toll manage-ment officers can easily find the suspect vehicle and recover the tolls,which can effectively prevent,combat and curb the toll evasion behavior of expressway,and ensure the normal expressway toll man-agement order.
