With the rapid development of Guangxi highway network,the anti-aircraft billboards along the high-way showed the rapid development.The anti-aircraft billboards lack of halfway supervision and shoddy bill-boards are threatening people＇s travel safety.By analyzing the Guangxi anti-aircraft billboard layout situation and current safety situations,this article described the necessity for administrative approval of antiaircraft billboards,and based on relevant laws,regulations,codes and standards,it determined the basis and con-tent of administrative approval,analyzed the technical requirements of anti-aircraft billboards,standardized the installation position,structural design,construction organization,operation and maintenance,and testing requirements of anti-aircraft billboards,and proposed the reasonable traffic safeguards and road-involving protective measures,thereby providing the favorable basis for realizing the administrative approval of anti-aircraft billboards.
