摘要
当代水利工程,不论是灌溉的农田水利工程,还是城市防汛抗洪用水利工程,对人民群众的生活劳作具有十分关键的作用。水利工程的管理养护是维持水利工程正常运行发挥功用的基本前提,做好水利工程管理养护需要投入大量的人力物力。对水利工程管理养护存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施以及管理养护工作的注意事项,以期提升水利工程管理养护相关工作。
The present water conservancy engineering,not only the farmland irrigation,but also the water for flood control of city,has a very important role to the life and work of the people.The management and maintenance of water conservancy engineering are the basic premise for keeping the normal operation function of water conservancy engineering.It is required to invest a lot of manpower and material resources for the good management and maintenance of water conservancy engineering.The article analyzes the problems existing in the water conservancy engineering management and maintenance,and puts forward the relative solving measures and the matters needing attention in the management and maintenance in order to improve the management and maintenance of water conservancy.
