摘要
分析我国工程建设领域一线劳动力老龄化加剧、素质偏低、流动性增大的整体现状,阐明转变人力资源管理模式和应用现代企业发展模式是短期缓解和长期解决这些问题的重要途径。
The article analyzes the whole present situation of rapid aging,low quality and increasing mobility of the forefront labor force in the field of engineering construction,and sets forth that it is very important to change human resource management mode and apply modern enterprise development mode for relieving in short time and solving in long time these problems.
