摘要
根据高速公路建设用地批准和实际使用情况,确定权属和发证范围,是做好不动产登记的重要工作。结合工作实践,指出高速公路发证范围规定存在的矛盾,从项目建设实际和调整发证政策规定方面给出解决矛盾的方法,为相关工程实践提供参考。
Based on the approval of expressway land construction and the actual use of land,the determination of ownership and certification range is the important work to do real estate registration well.Combined with the work practices,the article points out the contradiction existing in the expressway certification range,and introduces the method to solve the contradiction from the project construction practice and certification policy adjustment,which can be referenced for the practice of the similar projects.
