Analysis of Waterlogging Drainage Situation and Study of Countermeasures

针对短历时强降雨恶劣天气的增多、城市雨水收集和排涝系统存在不完善与不配套的情况,提出了在提高雨水收集与排涝标准的同时,对降雨径流从集、滞、汇、排的全过程进行系统性的规划建设,提高城市的排涝能力。

Aiming at the situations of the short duration heavy rainfall increased, the urban rainwater collection and waterlogging drainage system unperfected and uncompleted, the article puts forward the systematical planning and construction of rainfall runoff from the whole process of gathering, blocking up,collection and drainage at the same time to upgrade the rainwater collection and waterlogging drainage standards in order to improve the waterlogging capacity of city.
