摘要
跨公路连续梁桥施工因受工期限制,通常采用支架现浇施工,支架是现浇梁施工过程中的支承结构,支架的强度、刚度、稳定性直接影响到结构质量及安全性。以敦格铁路跨215国道鱼卡立交特大桥连续梁现浇施工为例,对碗扣支架和型钢门洞进行了设计,确定了荷载分布,并通过有限元软件建立了受力分析模型,验证了方案的可行性,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
The continuous girder crossing the highway is usually constructed support because of its period limitation. The support is the supporting structure in the cast- in- situ construction of girder. The strength,rigidity and stability of support directly affect the quality and safety of the structure. Taking the cast- in- situ construction of continuous girder of large bridge in Dunge Railway crossing the National Highway No.215 as an example, the bowl buckle support and the steel section hole are designed to define the load distribution. And finite element software is used to establish the stress analysis model to validate the feasibility of the scheme,which can be referenced for the construction of the similar projects.
