某新建海堤下压大口径涵管,通过数学模型分析新建海堤对涵管周边海流的影响,采用护管桥方案对涵管进行保护,设置相应的监测方案。之后由于其他原因涵管突然报废,改为采用加强监测方案及出险以后的填堵方案。

The mathematical model is used to analyze the influence of newly built seawall on the sea flow surrounding the culvert when a newly built seawall crosses a large- diameter culvert. The scheme of pipe protective bridge is used to protect the culvert, and the corresponding monitoring scheme is set up. The scheme will be changed into the strengthening monitor scheme because of the other causes suddenly to damage the culvert, and changed into the blocking scheme after the culvert in danger.
