中国和美国道路交通事故数据对比研究

Comparison and Study of Road Traffic Accident in USA and China

采集了中美两国近十年的道路交通事故数据,通过对比分析发现我国交通事故死亡人数指标一直占居世界前列,在近三年才趋于下降态势,而美国道路交通安全的各项指标在世界范围内均处于最佳状况,交通事故死亡率指标在近十年基本一直处于稳定下降水平。究其原因在于美国成立了专门的道路交通事故研究机构,从不同角度对道路事故数据进行全面交叉分析,且及时将分析结果反馈运用于事故预测的各个方面,进而达到预防减灾的目的。该研究可为我国道路交通安全提供一定的参考和借鉴。

According to the comparison and analysis of the collected road traffic accident data for the past ten years in UAS and China, it is found that the traffic accident death toll index of China has been holding the world, and only in the past three years, the index has declined in trend, but various indexes of road traffic safety in UAS are in the best position in the world and the traffic accident death toll index has been basically in a steady decline in the past ten years because of establishing the specialized road traffic accident research institute in USA. This institute carries out the comprehensive cross analysis of road accident data from the different angles, and timely feeds back the analysis results to all aspects of accident forecast so as to achieve the purpose of preventing disasters. This study can be referenced for the road traffic safety of China.
