桥梁混凝土中钢筋锈蚀评定方法研究

摘要 阐述了结构混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的原理及无损检测方法,结合《公路桥梁承载能力检测评定规程》(JTG/T J21-2011)对钢筋锈蚀无损检测方法中综合分析法的评定方法进行研究,利用模糊判断矩阵得出影响钢筋锈蚀的影响因素的权重,并计算钢筋锈蚀的评定标度,从而对该方法进行了量化。结合具体桥梁实际工程,验证了方法的可行性,为工程实际应用提供参考。 This paper expounds the principle of reinforcement corrosion in structure concrete and the nondestructive examination method. Combined with Specifications for Inspection and Assessment of Highway Bridge Carrying Capacity(JTG/T J21- 2011), this paper studies the assessment method of comprehensive analysis method in reinforcement corrosion nondestructive examination method, gives the weight of factors affecting the reinforcement corrosion by the fuzzy judgment matrix, and calculates the assessment scale of reinforcement corrosion so as to quantize this method. The feasibility of this method is validated by the actual bridge projects, which can be referenced for the practical application in the similar projects.
