美罗培南联合裸花紫珠软胶囊治疗脓毒症临床疗效分析

Effects Analysis of Meropenem Combined with Luohua-Zizhu Capsule in the Treatment of Sepsis

目的:观察美罗培南联合裸花紫珠软胶囊治疗脓毒症的临床疗效。方法:230例脓毒症患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各115例。对照组采用美罗培南常规持续静脉滴注法治疗,观察组采用美罗培南联合裸花紫珠软胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组治愈率为95.7%,对照组治愈率为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组LA、CRP、PCT水平较治疗前都明显的降低,观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.01)。结论:美罗培南联合裸花紫珠软胶囊治疗脓毒血症的疗效好,能有效降低血清中TNF-α、LA、CRP、PCT的水平。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of meropenem combined with Luohua-Zizhu soft capsule in the treatment of sepsis. Methods： 230 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 115 cases in each group. Results： After treatment, the cure rate of observation group was 95.7%, the cure rate was 70%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups. The levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of PCT, CRP and LA in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Meropenem combined with Luohua-Zizhu soft capsule has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of sepsis, can effectively reduce the level of serum TNF-a, La, CRP, PCT.
