护理干预在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention in Care of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨护理干预在糖尿病肾病(DN)护理当中的临床应用价值。方法:94例DN的患者随机分为干预组(47例)、对照组(47例),对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取整体护理干预,对干预组与对照组的干预效果给予对比分析。结果:临床干预以后,干预组患者的血糖、尿素氮以及肌酐指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在DN护理当中采取整体护理干预,可以使患者相关症状得到有效改善。

Objective： To study the clinical value of nursing intervention in care among diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods： DN 94 cases were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group, the control group for patients with routine care, the intervention group for patients with holistic nursing intervention and intervention in the intervention group and the control group given comparative analysis. Results： After clinical intervention, the patient＇s blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine index improvement than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DN take care of them the whole nursing intervention can be effective in improving symptoms of patients with clinical value.
