摘要
目的:探讨小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中应用舒适护理模式的临床效果。方法:小儿急性哮喘患者72例以完全随机数字表法为分为对照组、实验组,各36例,对照组行常规护理,实验组行舒适护理干预,观察两组护理效果、肺功能及生活质量改善情况。结果:实验组接受舒适护理干预后总有效率、75%TEF、50%TEF、25%TEF、PTEF/VT水平、生活质量总评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对小儿急性哮喘患儿推行舒适护理干预,有助于提高临床治疗效果,改善患儿肺功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing mode in the emergency nursing of acute asthma in children. Methods： Patients with acute asthma of children 72 cases in completely randomized digital table method were divided into experimental group and control group, with 36 cases in each, control group received routine nursing care, experimental group received comfort nursing intervention observed and nursing effect of the two groups, pulmonary function and quality of life improvement. Results： The total effective rate, 75%TEF, 50%TEF, 25%TEF, PTEF/VT, quality of life score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion：The implementation of comfort nursing intervention for children with acute asthma can improve the clinical effect, improve the pulmonary function and improve the quality of life of children.
