中药注射剂不良反应的因素分析及相应对策研究

Factors Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections and Corresponding Countermeasures

目的:探讨总结中药注射剂在临床应用过程中发生不良反应(ADR)的影响因素及特点。方法:根据我院各科室反馈出来的中药注射剂所发生ADR资料100例进行回顾性分析。结果:中药注射剂的ADR主要发生因素与中药注射剂制剂生产过程中的质量控制、药品本身质量因素、临床使用不合理及患者自身体质因素等有关。结论:临床使用过程中应加强中药注射剂ADR监测,提高合理用药水平。

Objective： To investigate the factors and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADR） of TCM injections in clinical application. Methods： 100 cases of ADR were retrospectively analyzed according to the feedback from various departments of our hospital. Results： The ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injections were mainly related to the quality control, clinical use and the physical factors of patients themselves. Conclusion： The clinical use of Chinese medicine injections should be strengthened to monitor ADR, improve the level of rational drug use.
