普外科临床中急性阑尾炎临床诊治的研究

研究普外科中急性阑尾炎的临床诊治。方法:以本院收治的80名阑尾炎的患者为研究对象,然后回顾性的分析和研究了其临床诊治资料。结果:所有患者均未出现漏诊以及误诊状况,80例患者中有5例患有坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎,11例患有急性单纯性阑尾炎,30例患有急性穿孔性阑尾炎,34例患有急性化脓性阑尾炎,80例患者中只有2例出现伤口感染现象,剩余患者全部经过手术以后康复出院。结论:对于急性阑尾炎患者要采用合适的治疗方式,避免误诊并做好术后工作。

Objective: to study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in general surgery. Methods: the records of 80 of appendicitis patients in our hospital as the research object, and then a retrospective analysis and study its clinical diagnosis and treatment of data. Results: all patients were not missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, 5 cases of 80 cases of patients suffering from gangrene perforated appendicitis, 11 cases with a- cute si,,lple appendicitis, 30 patients with acute perforated appendicitis, 34 cases with acute suppurative appendicitis, 80 cases of patients with wound in- fection, only 2 cases in the remaining patients all recovered and went home after surgery. Conclusion: for patients with acute appendicitis to adopt appropriate treatment, avoid misdiagnosis and to do a good job of postoperative.
