电动止血带在四肢手术中的应用及护理

探讨电动止血带在四肢手术中的应用及护理从而避免或减少并发症的发生。方法:对四肢手术患者应用电动止血带。结果:切口无渗血,术野清晰,便于术者操作,缩短手术时间;缚扎部位局部皮肤无淤血;肢体血运好,无肌肉、神经损伤。结论:电动止血带应用于四肢手术,止血效果好,可避免或减少并发症的发生,安全可靠,操作简便、灵活,适用于各级医院。

Objective Explore the application and nursing of electric tourniquet in surgery on the extremities in order to avoid or reduce the incidence of complications. The application of method in limb tourniquet electric operation. Results without incision oozing of blood, clear field of operation, convenient operation, shorten operation time ; binding site skin congestion ; limb blood supply, no muscle and nerve damage. Conclusion electric pneu- matic tourniquet in surgery on the extremities, hemostatic effect is good, can avoid or reduce the incidence of complications, safe and reliable, simple operation, flexible, application in hospitals of all levels.
