不同层次精神科护士护理技术操作考核分析与对策

摘要 了解不同层次护士对护理技术操作的掌握情况。方法:对我院所有在职护士进行集中考核,并对考核结果进行分析。结果:考核优秀者占参考护士的39.46%,—般者占55.10%,较差者占15.65%。具有七年以上护龄,护理师以上护士考核成绩明显好于0-1年护龄的护士。尤其护龄为0—1年的护士对护理技术操作的掌握明显不足,无菌观念较差,操作不规范。结论:应加强新护士岗前培训和考核力度。对年轻护士进行护理技术操作的继续教育培训,对高年资护士进行实际护理操作水平的再提高培训,以此来带动护士整体护理操作水平的提高。 Objective: To understand the different levels of nurses master the situation of nursing technical operation. Methods: all on - the -job nurses in our hospital for centralized assessment, and the evaluation results were analyzed. Results: The examination is 39.46% of reference for nurses, generally accounts for 55.10%, 15.65% have poor. Nurse practitioner or more nurses the assessment result is much better than 0 - l year old nurse. Especially protect the age of 0 - 1 year nurse mastery operation. Conclusion: we should strengthen the new nurse pre - service training and examination. practical nursing operation nurses to improve training, in order to promote the improvement of overall nursing operation.
