摘要
立足上海应用技术学院香料香精技术与工程学院的轻化工程专业特色,针对轻化工程专业外语课程教学的现存问题,从教学方式的改革和课程资源建设等方面进行了探讨,期望为该专业的应用型人才培养提供借鉴。
According to the professional characteristic of light chemical engineering in School of Perfume and Aroma Technology, Shanghai Institute of Technology, the teaching problems occurring in major english of light chemical engineering were pointed. The reform of the teaching methods and the construction of the course resources had been discussed. It provided the reference for the cultivation of application oriented talents.
