解析《伤寒论》“实”字的含义

Analysis on the Meanings of the Word "Sthenia" in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases

张仲景在《伤寒论》不同的条文中使用了"实"字,"实"字是张仲景在《伤寒论》的条文中运用的许多关键字之一,对解释条文起到重要作用,不容忽视,为了彻底理解该字在不同条文的含义,更加准确地领悟这部经典著作的内涵,故对"实"字进行了归纳总结,整理出所有含该字的条文,根据其含义归纳为三类,并例举条文加以解析。

The word Sthenia was used in different provisions in Zhang Zhongjing ＇s work Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and it was one of the keywords in the provisions in Zhang Zhongjing＇s work Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It played an important role on explaining provi-sions, and cannot be ignored. In order to thoroughly understand the meaning of the word in different provisions and more accurately com-prehend the connotation of the Classics, this paper summarized all the word Sthenia appeared in the work, and sorted out the word con-taining provisions. Then, according to different meanings and roles, the word Sthenia was divided into three major categories, and some provisions were analyzed.
