中医健身操对慢性心力衰竭患者运动耐力影响的研究

Research on the Effect of TCM Calisthenics Exercise on Endurance in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨中医健身操练习对慢性心力衰竭患者运动耐力的影响。方法选择2013年6月—2014年5月心血管科收治的CHF患者82例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。两组进行常规治疗及护理,干预组在此基础上进行中医健身操练习。1年后,比较两组患者的6MWT、心功能分级及1年内因慢性心力衰竭再住院的次数及医疗费用。结果经过中医健身操锻炼1年后,干预组患者的6MWT高于对照组,心功能分级干预组较对照组轻,干预组患者的人均再住院次数及人均住院费用均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医健身操训练能有效提高慢性心力衰竭患者的运动耐力,促进疾病康复,减少住院次数及降低医疗费用。

Objective To study the effect of TCM calisthenics exercise on endurance in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 82 cases of CHF patients admitted in our hospital cardiovascular division from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Two groups received routine treatment and nursing. The intervention group was also implementing the practice of TCM calisthenics. One year later, 6 MWT in patients with chronic heart failure, cardiac function classification, and the number of hospital and medical expenses in one year of the two groups were compared. Results After TCM calisthenics exercise for one years, the 6 MWT of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, patients with cardiac function classification of the intervention group was lighter than that of the control group, the hospital number and average per capita hospitalization cost per capita of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM calisthenics training can effectively enhance the endurance of the movement of patients with chronic heart failure, promote rehabilitation, and reduce the number of hospitalization and cost.
