从风湿性性心脏病的病因病机及处方用药特色等方面总结了孙光荣教授治疗风湿性心脏病的经验。孙光荣教授主张在导致本病发生发展的病因上有内因、外因两个方面。外因是风、寒、湿三邪合至,反复侵袭人体,日久由表及里,损伤脉络,心络受阻;内因是人体气血阴阳的亏损。病理机转主要是虚实夹杂,其中痰瘀互阻,水湿内停是重要的一环。治疗则以孙氏心痹汤为主。详细分析了其组方用药特点。

The clinical experience of Professor Sun Guangrong in treating rheumatic heart disease was summarized from pathogen and pathogenesis, principle of treatment, therapeutic method, effective prescription and specific characteristics of medication. In his opinion,the main pathogen that caused the disease including external and internal causes. The external causes are wind, cold and dampness,which invaded human body from superficies to interior, and damaged collaterals. The internal causes are deficiency and disorder of qi,blood, yin and yang. The pathological changes are intermingled deficiency and excess, and intermingled phlegm stasis and internal stagnation of fluid-dampness are important parts. The Sun＇s Xinbi decoction is main treatment prescription. The detailed characteristics of prescription medication were analyzed.
