钱海凌教授治疗老年心力衰竭的经验总结

Experience of Professor Qian Hailing in the Treatment of Elderly Heart Failure

心力衰竭是临床上常见的急危重症,随着我国人口老龄化的加速,及高血压病、冠心病等发病率的增高,我国心力衰竭的患病率显著上升。钱海凌教授在老年心血管疾病的中医药防治积累了大量的经验。钱师认为老年心力衰竭,虽然病位在心,但治疗上应以固肾为本,心肺同治。尤其针对老年心力衰竭上盛下虚证着重平衡阴阳,疏通气血,适当予以攻补兼施;并在西医治疗基础上配合中医辨证论治,两者结合,取长补短,疗效显著。

Heart failure is a commonly acute and severe disease in our country. With the acceleration of aging population and the increas-ing incidence of hypertension and coronary heart disease, the incidence of heart failure in China is increasing. Professor Qian Hailing has accumulated a lot of experience in the prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in the aged cardiovascular disease.Professor Qian thought that the elderly heart failure, although disease in the heart, but the treatment should be based on the kidney, the heart and lung together. Especially for upper excess and lower deficiency of the elderly heart failure, we should focus on the balance of yin and yang, dredge qi and blood, appropriate reinforcement and elimination in combination. On the basis of modern medicine treatment,applying Chinese medicine, the combination of them can get remarkable curative effect.
