顺气通胞法治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效分析

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Shunqi Tongbao Method in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨选择自拟中药汤剂对多囊卵巢综合征患者完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年3月—2015年3月多囊卵巢综合征患者94例。针对所有多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用随机数表法进行随机分组。对照组47例,临床选择炔雌醇环丙孕酮片实施临床治疗;观察组47例,临床在对照组基础上,选择自拟中药汤剂进行治疗。对比两组多囊卵巢综合征患者在临床疗效、性激素水平以及卵巢大小等方面表现出的差异。结果两组多囊卵巢综合征患者完成临床治疗后,在临床疗效、性激素水平、卵巢大小以及卵泡数目等方面,观察组明显优于对照组多囊卵巢综合征患者(P<0.05)。结论针对多囊卵巢综合征患者,临床选择自拟中药汤剂进行治疗,能够将患者的性激素水平以及患者的卵巢大小等进行有效改善,最终显著提高多囊卵巢综合征患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Shunqi Tongbao method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods94 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected. All patients with poly-cystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group using the method of stochastic indicator. 47 cases in the control group of 47 cases used ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablet. 47 cases in the observation group used self-made decoction of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect, sex hormone levels and the difference of ovarian size, etc. were compared. Results After the clinical treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect, sex hormone levels, the ovarian size and number of follicles, etc. of the observation group was better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, the self-made decoction of Chinese medicine can effectively improve patient＇s sex hormone levels and the ovarian size, and eventually improve the quality of life of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
