中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎60例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 60 Cases

目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组患者行常规西医治疗,治疗组患者除常规治疗外同时给予补肾健骨汤,观察记录两组患者病情改善和恢复程度,分析比较两组临床数据。结果分析比较两组疗效,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.33%、77.67%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎采用中西医结合治疗,其效果更明显并且作用更持久,同时还能降低该疾病的复发率,值得临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 30 cases.Patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine. Patients in the treatment group received Bushen Jiangu decoction on the basis of the conventional Western medicine. The improvement and recovery were observed, and clinical data was analyzed and compared. Results Comparing with the therapeutic effect, the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 77.67%and 93.33%, respectively, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine is effective and safe for the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis, and can reduce recurrence rate. It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
