小儿哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型中西医结合治疗临床体会

The Clinical Experience of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Infantile Typeasthma in Remission Stage of Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency

目的探讨小儿哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型中西医结合治疗临床效果。方法随机抽取我院在2013年4月—2014年4月期间收治的120例住院患儿,将患者随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂吸入治疗,观察组采用参苓白术散加味方口服和沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率达到98.33%,明显高于对照组,差异显著且有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后哮喘发作持续时间(3.0±1.1)h明显短于对照组,差异显著且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型中西医结合治疗,效果显著,缩短患儿住院时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of infantile typeasthma in remission stage of lung and spleen qi deficiency. Methods Randomly selecting 120 cases of hospitalized children with typeasthma in remission stage of lung and spleen qi deficiency in our hospital, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had60 cases. The control group used fluorine of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation. The observation group used o-ral Shenling Baizhu powder prescription and fluorine of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation. The clinical thera-peutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33 % which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The duration of asthma attack of the observation group was（3.0 ±1.1） h which was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of infantile typeasthma in remission stage of lung and spleen qi deficiency has remarkable effect and shorten hospitalization, and is worthy of clinical popularization and ap-plication.
