中医外科学专业学位研究生培养模式的探讨

Discussion on Professional Degree Graduate Education Model of TCM Surgery

专业学位研究生培养模式是我国医学类研究生教育改革的一项重大举措。如何建立更好的中医外科学专业学位研究生的培养模式,不断提高教育质量是研究生教育教学的重要问题。通过分析当前研究生培养存在的问题,我们认为加强中医外科学基础理论课程,提高基础理论知识;采取多种有效途径,加强对研究生的临床实践能力培养;探索与完善研究生培养的考核方式;加强对研究生科研能力的培训和导师的指导工作,是保证其质量、培养高层次中医外科学临床医学专门人才的重要途径。

Professional degree graduate education model is a major initiative of medicine graduate education reform. How to build a better training mode of postgraduates of TCM surgery, and constantly improve the quality of education is an important issue of graduate educa-tion. By analyzing problems now exist in postgraduate training, we believed that strengthening the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine surgery courses to improve basic theoretical knowledge, taking a variety of effective ways to enhance clinical practice ability of graduates, exploring and improving postgraduate training assessment methods and strengthening the graduate research training capacity and mentor guidance was an important way to ensure its quality and brought up high-level TCM surgery clinical specialized talents.
