中医适宜技术治疗社区老年原发性高血压60例

The TCM Appropriate Technology in the Treatment of Community Elderly Essential Hypertension for 60 Cases

目的观察中医适宜技术对于社区老年原发性高血压的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院在2014年7月—12月收治的患有原发性高血压老年患者120例,按照治疗效果的不同随机分为实验组60例和对照组60例,对照组采用常规的西药治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上进行中医适宜技术的辅助治疗,观察两组患者的血压变化和恢复情况的变化。结果实验组患者恢复的总有效率为91.6%,对照组患者恢复的有效率为83.3%,实验组患者的血压明显降低,恢复效果明显好于对照组。结论中医适宜技术对于治疗社区老年原发性高血压具有明显的治疗效果,患者在传统的医药之后进行中医辅助治疗,恢复效果更好,可以进行临床的推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM appropriate technology in the treatment of community elderly essential hy-pertension. Methods 120 cases of patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2014 were selected.According to different therapeutic effect, they were randomly divided into experimental group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases.The control group used conventional Western medicine treatment. The experimental group used adjuvant treatment of TCM appropriate technology on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure changes and restore the situation of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective recovery rate of the experimental group was 91.6%, the total effective recovery rate of the control group was83.3%. The blood pressure of the experimental group was significantly descended, and the recovery of the experimental group was signifi-cantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The TCM appropriate technology in the treatment of community elderly essential hypertension has a significant therapeutic effect. After adopting conventional treatment, patients received adjuvant treatment of TCM ap-propriate technology, and better recovery effect was obtained. It is worthy of promotion and clinical applications.
