摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定银杏芪血通胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,甲醇—水(75∶25)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min^-1;检测波长270 nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA在0.022-0.154μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.86%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确度高、重复性好可作为银杏芪血通胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Yinxing Qixuetong capsules. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column, using methanol, waters(75∶25) as mobile phase. The content was detected at a wavelength of 270 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml min^-1. Results The Tanshinone Ⅱ A had a good linearity in the range of 0.022-0.154 μg(r=0.9999), and the average recovery was 97.86% and RSD =1.02%(n =6). Conolusion The established method was accuracy,sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Yinxing Qixuetong capsules.
