This paper firstly pointed out relation between market of managers an d entrepreneur, Then it analyzed arrangement of entrepreneur human capital from economic view, in addition, an efficient mechanism of selection entrepreneur was provided, At last it put forward three pieces of suggestion for our market of m anagers'building.
