摘要
目的构建以泌尿外科护士岗位胜任力为导向的新护士泌尿专科培训大纲。方法主要运用质性访谈法与德尔菲专家咨询法构建培训大纲。结果培训大纲包括了11个培训项目和62项培训内容,共480学时,采用6种培训方式,并确定了各培训项目的培训目标。结论新护士泌尿专科培训大纲的专家积极系数和权威程度较高,意见较为集中,咨询结果可靠。该大纲基本涵盖了新护士在泌尿外科上岗需具备的岗位胜任力,具有规范性与较好的科学性、实用性和可操作性。
Objective To construct a training program for new nurses working in the Urology Department. Methods The qualitative interviews and Delphi technique were used to construct the training program. Results The training program included 11 training projects and 62 items, which need cost 480 hours and be completed by 6 kinds of training methods,according to the training objectives of the training program. Conclusion The experts in this study had high positive coefficient and degree of authority,and their opinions were concentrated, thus the reliable results were got. The training program basically covers the post competency of the new nurses in the Urology Department with scientific,practical and operable features.
