目的探讨比阿培南与其他碳青霉烯类药物的抗菌活性及药用安全性。方法搜索文献比较比阿培南与其他碳青霉烯类药物抗菌活性、安全性、临床效果。结果比阿培南抗菌活性较其他碳青霉烯类药物无显著差异,但安全性更高、成本-效果分析更优。结论医院遴选抗菌药物,碳青霉烯类药物可优先考虑选用比阿培南。

Objective To investigate the biapenem and other carbapenem antibacterial activity and medical safety. Methods Search literature and compare the activity,safety,clinical effectiveness of biapenem and other.Results There is less significant difference antibacterial activity of Biapenem compare with other carbapenems,but greater security and better cost-effectiveness analysis.Conslusion Hospital selection of antibiotics,carbapenems may preferential y select biapenem.
