灰阶超声与多普勒超声对甲状腺乳头状癌患者的诊断价值

The Clinical Value of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound and Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma

目的探讨灰阶超声与多普勒超声对甲状腺乳头状癌患者的诊断价值。方法选取2014年2月至2014年10月上海电力医院收治的甲状腺乳头状癌患资料者80例为研究对象,所有患者均行灰阶超声与多普勒超声检查,比较两种检查方式用于甲状腺癌及淋巴结转移诊断符合率。结果多普勒超声用于诊断甲状腺乳头状癌伴淋巴结转移,其结果与病理检查结果符合率明显高于灰阶超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒超声有助于提高甲状腺乳头状癌伴淋巴结转移诊断符合率,临床价值优于灰阶超声。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma.Methods Select 80 cases of February 2014 to October 2014 in Shanghai Electric Power Hospital were papil ary thyroid cancer patients,the gray scale ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed in al patients and compared two kinds of examination for thyroid carcinoma and lymph node metastasis diagnosis coincidence rate.Results Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma with lymph node metastasis,the results and pathological examination,the coincidence rate was obviously higher than that of gray scale ultrasound,the difference is statistical y significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Doppler ultrasound is helpful to improve the diagnostic rate of lymph node metastases of papil ary thyroid carcinoma,the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound is superior to.
