场所重构·既有住宅再生——记一次中日联合设计工作坊行动

Reconstruction of Space·Stock Residential Renovation Studio

本文主要阐述了大连理工大学建筑与艺术学院与东京大学建筑系共同举办的"场所重构·既有住宅再生"国际合作交流活动的全过程。通过介绍工作坊的组织框架、双方的设计提案以及光之丘团地再生实验住宅的观摩,揭示了住宅再生设计的发展策略,提出通过联合设计工作坊方式探讨住宅再生的可能性与启示。

This paper describes process of the international studio ＂Reconstruction of Space ~ Stock Residential Renovation Studio＂, which organized by the Dalian University of Technology and the University of Tokyo. The purpose of article is trying to reveal the strategy on renovation of housing through introducing the organizational framework, the proposal from the students and visit to the project of Hibarigaoka. From the perspective of students＇ design, the paper put forwards the possibility and enlightenment of exiting house renovation.
